What is Arthacloud?
Arthacloud is a multi-cloud FinOps platform. It reads your cloud billing data, normalises it to the FinOps Open Cost and Usage Specification (FOCUS), and shows spend from a CIO-level total down to a single resource.
Which clouds does Arthacloud support?
Google Cloud is available today through the BigQuery billing export. Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) connectors are in development and use the same configuration flow.
How does it read my GCP billing export?
Grant a read-only identity access to the Cloud Billing export dataset in BigQuery, enter the project and dataset, then choose Save and test connection. Arthacloud queries the export, loads FOCUS-aligned rows and builds the cost views. No keys are created or shared.
Can billing data stay inside my own project?
Yes. With agent-based discovery a small collector runs in your project, masks project names, resource names and IP addresses, and sends only masked daily cost rows over outbound HTTPS.
What is FOCUS?
FOCUS is the FinOps Foundation's open specification for cost and usage data. Using it means costs from different clouds share the same column names and meaning, so they can be compared directly.
Can managed service providers use it for several customers?
Arthacloud is multi-tenant: every organisation's data is isolated, and each customer connects its own accounts with read-only access.
